Tasweer, a new photography festival based in Qatar, has announced the open call for its inaugural Sheikh Saoud Al Thani Project and Single Image Awards. These annual, open call awards are intended to recognise and support photographers from Western Asia and North Africa (Wana), according to a press statement.
