NUR-SULTAN – The leaders of countries neighboring the Central Asian nation of Kyrgyzstan, which is currently immersed in a serious institutional crisis, called for calm on Friday and urged the Kyrgyz people and political parties to preserve peace and restore stability in the former Soviet republic.
