The World Bank has updated its forecast for emerging and developing economies (EMDE) in Europe and Central Asia (ECA) for 2020, to minus 4.4 percent from minus 4.7 percent in the previous report in June. The World Bank expected the largest decline in Montenegro (minus 12.4 percent), Kosovo (minus 8.8 percent) and Albania (minus 8.
