Malaysia and Myanmar have become new hotspots in Southeast Asia for novel coronavirus transmission as the Philippines and Indonesia struggle to combat the disease. Malaysia's Health ministry reported 432 new cases in 24 hours, bringing the country's total to 12,813 as of Monday.
