Kenzo Takada, the Franco-Japanese fashion designer famous for his jungle-infused designs and free-spirited aesthetic that channelled his home continent of Asia, has died aged 81. His family said in a statement to French media that the fashion designer died from complications from Covid-19 in a hospital near Paris.
