Takeuchi was found dead early Sunday in her Tokyo residence by police officials in what is being investigated as an apparent suicide. Yuko Takeuchi, a Japanese actress who starred in the Hulu and HBO Asia drama Miss Sherlock and horror hit Ring , has died. She was 40.
