People from North Africa and the Middle East have been drinking camel milk for more than 6000 years and now it is finding favour among health-conscious consumers in the West and also East Asia. Until recently, camel milk has only been sold in parts of Sydney with a high Arab population, such as Auburn and Lakemba.
