Manama, Sept. 27 (BNA): The Supreme Council for Environment (SCE)’s CEO Dr. Mohammed Mubarak Bin Dainah, and Regional Director and Representative of United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) in West Asia Sami Dimassi, signed Institutional Support Agreement Phase 10.
