The aquatic plant called fever clover is an ornament for every garden pond and originally comes from the bogs of the Caucasus, Siberia and Central Asia. In Europe, stocks have recently declined drastically and are therefore protected. Botanically, fever clover belongs to the family of fever clover plants.
