KUALA LUMPUR (REUTERS) - The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) warned on Thursday (Sept 17) that the novel coronavirus is driving discrimination towards vulnerable communities in Asia, including migrants and foreigners.
