Fugro has reached agreement with Reef Subsea AS to acquire Bluestone Offshore Pte Ltd and its subsidiaries. Bluestone Offshore is a specialist provider of geotechnical services in Southeast Asia and Australia and currently operates one chartered DP deepwater geotechnical vessel in the region.
