SEOUL (KOREA HERALD/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) - South Korea's Covid-19 tally surpassed 20,000 on Tuesday (Sept 1) amid a growing number of patients with severe conditions in the aftermath of the second wave of infections that hit the country's capital and surrounding area, some seven months after the first case was reported.
