President Gotabaya Rajapaksa’s vision is to make Sri Lanka South Asia’s economic hub, said Highways Minister Johnston Fernando, in Kurunegala yesterday. He said Sri Lanka was the first nation in South Asia to hold elections amid the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic. At this election, the UNP was reduced to one seat.
