Investors across Asia are moving to boost their portfolios after the announcement by the US Federal Reserve on Wednesday that it would keep interest rates near zero for as long as needed. Rates have been anchored near zero since March 15. After the Fed’s announcement, most stocks in the Asia-Pacific region traded higher on Thursday afternoon.
