Coronavirus cases and fatalities continued to rise across Eurasian and Central Asian countries on Friday. Kazakhstan In the Central Asian country of Kazakhstan, new cases rose by 1,687 to reach a total of 78,486. The count of recoveries rose to 49,488, with 1,268 new additions, while the country's death toll stands at 610, the Health Ministry said.
