Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD) has participated in this year’s Empower youth conference, held virtually under the theme ‘Youth Mobilisation for Inclusion, Peace and Security’. The 2020 edition of the annual conference was launched recently by the Education Above All Foundation through its Reach Out To Asia (Rota) programme.
