BAKU. Cases of the novel coronavirus and COVID-19-related fatalities continued to rise across Eastern Europe and Asia on Monday. Ukraine. Ukraine reported 681 new cases in the last 24 hours, bringing the total to 37,241. Ten patients died in the same period, raising the death tally to 1,012. As many as 16,642 patients have recovered.
