The Centre on Friday signed an agreement with the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) for a $750 million “COVID-19 Active Response and Expenditure Support Programme” to support India’s response to mitigate the adverse effects of the pandemic on poor and vulnerable households.
