Hong Kong: Asian markets have made a nervous start as the recent surge in coronavirus infections threatens the nascent economic recovery in many parts of the world. Australia’s employment report for May showed a 227,000 overall fall in jobs, much worse than expected. Unemployment rose 86,000 to 928,000 and took the unemployment rate to 7.
