Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) President Jin Liqun has appointed three members to the Bank's inaugural Sanctions Panel. Ms. Enery Quinones, an external member, was appointed Chairperson, Dr. Shoaib Suddle was appointed as an external member and Ms. Nicolette De Witt, an AIIB senior legal consultant, was appointed as an internal member.
