(Bloomberg) -- Asian stocks were mixed on Thursday, with Hong Kong shares tumbling amid deteriorating U.S.-China ties, while some other markets showed resilience. The Hang Seng Index flirted with the lowest level since global strains peaked in March, and the offshore yuan dipped after the U.S.
