MANILA, Philippines The SM Mall of Asia (MOA) Arena in Pasay City has recently been converted into a COVID-19 mega swabbing facility. The initiative is a partnership among the Department of Health (DOH), Philippine Red Cross and Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA).
