The Social Affairs Ministry yesterday signed a Memorandum of Understanding with seven organisations in a move to assist affected and vulnerable children in Cambodia.
The organisations included Kaleb e.V.,Cambodia, This Life Cambodia, Asia Hope Cambodia, Hope for the Silent Voices, M’lup Russey, New Future for Children, and Partners in Compassion.
