Police blotter: Jan. 21, 2015Appeal-DemocratDonnell Coplin, 41, of the 1400 block of Hammonton-Smartville Road, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 12:30 a.m. Jan. 20 at the Shad Pad on suspicion of evading a peace officer. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
