| Robert Walters sees tough outlook as fees drop |

The recruitment company's fee income fell 11% to £87.4m in the three months to the end of March. The biggest drop was in the UK where fees declined 29% to £19.7m. Fees fell in Asia Pacific fell 5% to £34.5m and in Europe they were down 3% at £25.4m including currency swings. In other markets fees fell 6%.
