(Bloomberg) -- Stocks in Asia halted a two-day rally, with investors weighing signs of a slowing rate of coronavirus spread against more fatalities. Oil continued to swing ahead of a key meeting of suppliers. Outside of Japan, which notched small gains, equities were lower across the region, with declines of about 1% in Hong Kong.
