Just two weeks ago, 34 satellites were blasted into orbit from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, a launchpad deep in the barren steppes of Kazakhstan. But even as the satellites sailed into orbit over central Asia, talks between OneWeb, the British start-up hoping to build a constellation of 600 broadband satellites, and its biggest investor had collapsed.
