| IDC names Vasant Rao as managing director for India |

International Data Corporation (IDC) on Friday said it has appointed Vasant Rao as Managing Director for India and South Asia with effect from March 18, 2020. Rao will be based out of IDC's Bengaluru office and will be reporting to Eva Au, Managing Director, IDC Asia/Pacific, according to a statement.
