An Asian alliance of tobacco harm reduction advocacy organizations has asked regulators to bring up the rights of Filipino smokers who want to switch to safer alternatives at the Conference of the Parties (CoP) of the World Health Organization’s Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (WHO-FCTC) to be held in November 2020.
