A ballroom full of people gathered Wednesday to review Guam's pandemic plan to prepare for coronavirus. Department of Public Health and Social Services Director Linda Unpingco-DeNorcey said Guam's close proximity to Asia, where there are many coronavirus cases, means the island needs to be ready.
