The 9th Japan-Cambodia Kizuna Festival, organised under the collaboration between the Embassy of Japan, Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Centre (CJCC), and the Japan Foundation Asia Centre, officially began here at CJCC yesterday evening under the theme “Power of Sports”.
