Two Taiwanese nationals employed at Asia Therapeutic Massage were discovered to be working illegally. Yu-Jou Wu and Yen Hsin Liu both came to Guam as tourists from Taiwan under the visa waiver program. But that was just a guise, according to two complaints filed in the District Court of Guam.
