(Bloomberg) -- China, Hong Kong and Singapore are pledging extra fiscal stimulus to counter the economic hit from the coronavirus, which will top the agenda of the world’s top finance officials this week. While the International Monetary Fund is calling for coordinated global action, there’s no clear picture on what that might entail.
