Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha spoke at the Munich Security Conference on Friday introducing South Korea's efforts on multilateral initiatives to defend peace and security on the Korean Peninsula. She was a panelist for one of the plenary sessions at the conference held in Germany which discussed a changing global order and multilateralism.
