Futures pointed to a lower open for shares in Japan, while stocks in Australia dropped in early trade. Mainland Chinese stocks are set to return to trade at 9:30 a.m. HK/SIN on Monday following an extended holiday amid an ongoing virus outbreak that has taken at least 300 lives in the country so far.
