The practice has been given the gruesome name of 'Three Squeaks' because the mouse squeaks when it gets picked up by a diner, again when it gets dipped into the sauce and finally as it dies. It's unclear where the footage takes place, although the man in the video can be heard using the Chinese phrase for 'mouse'.
