MANILA The Scorpions are set to rock Manila like a hurricane, as they say in one of their hit songs this March. The German rock band will perform at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City on March 7, as announced by concert promoter Insignia Presents on Monday. Tickets will go on sale starting 11 a.m.
