The World Health Organisation's (WHO) director-general will convene an emergency meeting on Wednesday to discuss the mysterious coronavirus spreading across Asia. On Tuesday, China's National Health Commission confirmed the virus, that has killed at least three people and infected 217 in China, could spread by human-to-human transmission.
