Staff Reporter. Islamabad. The Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Royal Norwegian Embassy have signed an agreement to further support Pakistan’s National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF) and strengthen financing for natural disaster risk reduction and preparedness in the country.
