Manila’s ‘Build, Build, Build’ program has drastically increased infrastructure spending, which is expected to reach seven percent of GDP by the end of President Rodrigo Duterte’s term. This compares favorably with only two percent of GDP before he was elected in 2016, Asia Times reported.
