China overcame Qatar 3-1 in the semifinals of the Asian men’s Tokyo Olympic volleyball qualification here on Saturday, setting up the final clash with Asian champions Iran. Jiang Chuan scored a match-high 23 points, Dai Qingyao had 13, Zhang Zhejiang contributed 12 and Liu Libin added 11 to lift China a 25-22, 25-18, 23-25, 25-20 victory.
