Mr Asia trial delayed. A series of complaints about the facilities in the court room in an 11th-century castle in Lancaster delayed the Mr Asia murder trial. The judge said the dock was too high and the defendants felt isolated; the sound and lighting was poor; and the barristers’ desks were too small.
