ASIA MARKETS Asian markets were mixed in quiet trading Tuesday, following another record day on Wall Street. The Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) and S&P 500 (SPX) closed at record highs for a third consecutive day, while the Nasdaq Composite (COMP) notched a record ninth-straight record close.
