Markets across Asia were mixed on Wednesday afternoon. Brexit risks blew up again as reports on Tuesday said U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson will amend the Brexit bill that would explicitly rule out any extension to the transition period beyond December 2020. The British pound dropped after the reports.
