Gridlocked traffic on Kyiv roads, like the above scene pictured in March 2017, is a sight that is all too common. Instead of improving, the situation appears to have worsened. Radical changes are needed and cities in Asia and Europe could offer lessons and solutions to help Kyiv become a more livable capital.
