Senewiratne LOLC Group, being the second-largest publicly traded company by revenue, will sell its 70 percent stake in Prasac Microfinance Institution Ltd. of Cambodia, which also counts Hong Kong’s Bank of East Asia Ltd. as a shareholder, LOLC’s Deputy Chairman Ishara Nanayakkara told the media.
