By JOE McDONALD, AP Business Writer. BEIJING Asian stock markets were mostly higher Wednesday following reports President Donald Trump might delay a weekend tariff hike on Chinese goods. Benchmarks in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia rose while Tokyo declined.
