AKP Phnom Penh, December 10, 2019 -- Cambodia is hosting in Phnom Penh the 19th General Assembly of the Confederation of Veterans in South East Asia (VECONAC). The event was officially opened at the Peace Palace this morning under the presidency of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
