THE opening ceremony of the 19th Science Council Asia (SCA) was held at Grand Amara Hotel in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday. Union Minister Dr Myo Thein Gyi first spoke at the ceremony. He said Myanmar is part of the 32 members states to the SCA and there are exchanges of skills and good practices in joint research efforts.
