HCM CITY — NGO Asia Injury Prevention Foundation on Tuesday launched the “Safety Delivered 2019-2020” campaign at Hồ Văn Thanh Primary School in HCM City’s District 12 to raise awareness of road safety and helmet wearing among students in the city and the northern province of Thái Nguyên.
